I started Heart High because I wanted to help people discover love for self and how to discover who you are truly meant to be. This is a process of remembrance, for you are divinely guided.

Spirit is like water it can't run dry.

Once you start realizing who you are truly meant to be, you will start to see the beauty and spirit that has been there the whole time. 

So I ask you to look inward and ask yourself, am I worthy of all good things? If the answer is not a hard YES then you are still on your way to discovering who you are truly meant to be. Life is a process within a process, lean into it. Forget what you were taught forget what society tells you. You do you, go back to school, get that tattoo, wear that outfit, voice your opinion. You can't get it wrong. You are a creator. We are supposed to move forward, we are supposed to grow. Be the CHANGE! It all starts with you and learning to love yourself, no matter what stage of your life you are in.

You are made up of four focused groups that all need love and attention. I will help you discover the key to unlock your fold being. This is a dynamic process of filling our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional boxes. They are each important and necessary to create your very best image of self. Remember You Matter!
